Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and unang88, an online casino and sports betting platform operating under international licensing. By accessing, registering for or using any part of the unang88 platform, you hereby agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any provision in these Terms, you are required to discontinue use of the unang88 platform and close your account immediately if one has been opened. User Eligibility

Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account at unang88 at any time. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being terminated along with the freezing of all balances.

Deposits and Withdrawals

unang88 provides a range of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysian players. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR), except for crypto assets which are processed at the current exchange rate.

unang88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or payment method that has been registered and verified in the name of the account holder. Transfers to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses, promotions and special offers provided by unang88 are subject to the wagering requirements and specific terms stated alongside the offer. Players are responsible for understanding all conditions before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus — 100% up to RM500:

• A 100% bonus is given on the first deposit, with a maximum bonus value of RM500.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Required wagering: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Example: Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,700 → Required wagering: RM500 × 15 = RM7,500
• Only funds from the deposit (not the bonus) may be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

Other bonuses such as VIP weekly cashback, special bonuses and periodic promotions will have their respective terms stated at the time the offer is released. unang88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the interests of existing players.

Betting Rules

All bets and games on the unang88 platform must comply with the specific rules set for each game type. Individual game rules are available within each respective game.

• All outcomes generated by the unang88 game system are final and cannot be disputed, except in cases of proven technical error.
• In the event of a technical issue during a game session, unang88 reserves the right to void the round or bet in question and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• Bets that have been confirmed and processed cannot be cancelled by the player.
• For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply, even if the odds change afterwards.
• unang88 reserves the right to limit the betting limits for any player or game at our discretion.

User Conduct

Users are required to interact with the unang88 platform and other users in a respectful and ethical manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Use of bots, automation software, scripts or any unauthorised technology to play or place bets.
• Collusion or cooperation with other players to exploit games or bonus systems.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any suspicious financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Attempting to hack, damage or disrupt the platform's systems or security.
• Using the service in a manner that violates the laws of the user's country of residence.

unang88 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules. If a violation is confirmed, funds in the account associated with the unlawful activity may be seized and will not be returned.
